Ensure the apparel is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before securely packing it in the original shipping box or eco-friendly packaging.

Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your doorstep within 2-3 business days at no additional cost.
Refund or Exchange Processing
